"If I had to summarize how the IEPP began, I could tell you that I discovered Positive Psychology in 2006 when I decided to use it on myself. The results were so surprising that I decided to research and train outside of Spain to be able to better help my clients and share with my professional colleagues what had worked best for me.

Since then we have grown as an entity, we are 50 people on the team. We have been pioneers in Europe training professionals in Positive Psychology, more than 10,000 students. And we have designed our own method, the FORTE IEPP Method, a unique system with which to understand and optimize the use of balanced strengths that have been shown to increase general satisfaction with life."
